Who we are

Information we collect
- Account: name, email, password (hashed by Supabase Auth)
- Booking: service, date/time, optional notes
- Optional SMS: mobile number when you opt in at checkout
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, message
SMS messaging terms
When you check "Text me appointment reminders and updates" on the booking confirm step at https://line-salon.vercel.app/book, you consent to receive automated SMS from Line Salon about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text.
- Opt back in: Reply START or re-book with SMS opt-in checked.
- Help: Reply HELP or email linesalon.contact@gmail.com.
We do not sell your phone number. SMS is sent via Twilio using our business number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We send transactional email (booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, reminders) via Resend. You can manage appointments in your dashboard.
Data storage & security
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Payment processing is not yet enabled; no card data is collected today.
